Q: HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
A: Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. (Please be aware that even if an item has been added to your shopping cart, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have completed and processed your order online.) Ensure to complete your selections, by finishing the checkout process and receiving your order confirmation. Only the order confirmation email confirms the receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a separate email notification with the shipping information.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED?
A: Receipt of the Order Confirmation email lets you know that your order is being processed. The Shipping Confirmation email tells you that your order has left the warehouse and is on its way to your shipping address.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN COMPLETED?

Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?
A: Returns are only accepted on damaged/defective merchandise. If you need to Exchange the model you have received, an In-store credit will be issued by email to be used at check-out to replace your order.

A: Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and can take 1-2 business days to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
