Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase. Contact us via email at info@vissintl.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and RA Letter for return.
EXCHANGE – Once the order is received at our office and inspected, an In-store Credit Code for the amount of your order (minus shipping charges) will be sent to you via email. You can complete your exchange at the online store. *Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. We do not issue refunds.

RETURN – Will only be accepted on damaged products. (See *Defective Merchandise Definition) Returns will be credited to the original method of payment or the Exchange option can be used to replace the order. *A re-stocking fee may apply.
All products must be returned in their original unworn condition with the shoe box, completed RA Letter and packaging material.
*Defective Merchandise
Damaged or defective merchandise can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for in-store credit or refund. Contact us via email at info@vissintl.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and RA Letter for return. Upon inspection of merchandise we reserve the right to determine between a defective product and normal wear-and-tear, an email will be sent to advise of outcome.
